Golden Steps ABA is looking for ABA Therapists to join our team and work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We currently employ Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), a distinction held by those individuals who have completed graduate programs in a related discipline and worked in the field of autism. Many of our staff have achieved master’s degrees in Psychology with a specialty in Applied Behavior Analysis. We carefully select each ABA Therapist based on education and skills. Our team is comprised of committed, friendly and experience Therapists.
FAMILY FOCUS
We believe in supporting the whole family and including them in the therapy. We want parents to understand what we are doing in therapy and know how to best support their family’s goals when we are not there.
INDIVIDUALIZATION
Many children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) learn and react differently than typically developing children. Each child possesses their own unique set of strengths, challenges and skills as well a specific way of processing, socializing and behaving. Therefore no one size fits all. Everything we do, is customized to meet the needs and goals of each of our clients.
